Let us list your item

We would be happy to list your item for you either in the auction or at a fixed price in the Marketplace.

We will do all the work for you
We take high quality images of your item(s); we produce and agree with you the title and description for your item(s); we agree with you the start and, if applicable, the reserve price for your item(s); we manage your listing and respond to questions about your item(s); we collect the payment for your item; post and pack your item(s) to the buyer and most importantly we promptly pay you as soon as we get paid.

How much does this service cost?
We only get paid if your item sells. We charge you 10% of the final selling price or £25 (whichever is the greater) and the packaging and postage cost. If you have more than one item or a collection you would like to sell, please contact us to receive a discount on our one item fee.

How long before you could list my item?
Sportbilia has an auction every month (with the exception of August) so you could be selling your item very quickly.

How do I get started?
The first step is to email us at listmyitem@sportbilia.com to let us know what item(s) you have to sell. Please include some images of the items you want to sell and let us know:

Your name
Your address
Your email address (if you have one)
Contact telephone number(s)
A description of the item(s) including, age, condition, any provenance and if you have an idea of its value.

Alternatively you can write to us with the same information to the address on our Contact us page and enclose some photographs of your item(s). Please note, you must supply a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to return your photographs.

Once we have received your description(s) and images we will then contact you to organise the sending of your item(s) to us. Please wait until we contact you before you send your item(s) to us.
